SESSION 4: Increasing Peoples Job Satisfaction [Item Ref. 35]

Price £20.00

Summary

Performance Management Session 4

Increasing People’s Job Satisfaction

Session Overview

The level of job satisfaction an employee experiences can play an extremely significant part in the level of performance s/he delivers. It has been said that the best performances are willingly given and the need to manage job satisfaction as well as performance is therefore crucial for a manager.

However this requires real insights into what contributes to job satisfaction for the employee, something about which the employee is not always clear or certain.

This highly practical session introduces managers to a process for satisfaction management in which key motivators of the employee are uncovered and the manager is able to work with the employee on tangible ideas and actions for increasing their job satisfaction and hence improving performance.

The session contents include a comprehensive trainer’s guide, a full set of delegate handouts and accompanying PowerPoint slides.

Optional, additional material

Why not use our set of diagnostic questionnaires and surveys which relate to Satisfaction Management. These include a Values Questionnaire, a Talents Questionnaire, a ‘Flow’ Analysis and a Performance/Satisfaction Questionnaire.

Find these in the Other Training Resources section of the Rhema Resource Centre.

Session length: 90 minutes without Optional Material; 180 minutes with use of Optional Material
